Are your products federally legal?
Yes. All Good Vibes products are crafted using federally legal hemp-derived inputs. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, it is legal to produce and sell products containing hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, provided the THC content remains below 0.3% by dry weight.
However, state laws may vary and are subject to change. Good Vibes ships only to jurisdictions where our products are currently permitted.
What is hemp-derived Delta-9 THC?
Hemp-derived Delta-9 THC is a naturally occurring cannabinoid extracted from federally compliant hemp. Our products are formulated using hemp-derived cannabinoids and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, consistent with the 2018 Farm Bill. Laws vary by state, so please review your local regulations before purchasing.
What do you recommend for first-time users?
If you're new to hemp cannabinoids, we recommend starting with one-half serving and waiting at least 2 hours before consuming more. Individual responses can vary based on body weight, metabolism, food intake, and personal tolerance.
Once you understand how the product affects you, you can gradually increase your serving size if desired. As with any cannabinoid product, start low and go slow.
That's honest, conservative, and customer-friendly. It also works whether the customer is experienced with CBD but new to THC, or completely new to cannabinoids.

We currently ship to select states where our products are permitted. State laws regarding hemp-derived cannabinoid products change frequently and shipping availability may change without notice.
